Doesn't take much to get to 34.
I've been seeing weird combinations of level 34 gear and blue level gear, and theyre wearing it going into a nightfall (they weren't level 34 but still)

Some of the blue gear out there looks better than most of the current vanguard stock right now, I wish that i could evolve blues into purples : /

Thers no posible way to have one pice of blue gear and be 34, 33-32 maybe

He said they were not level 34. He did say lvl 34 gear in combination with blue gear. Meaning, they might have a blue helm, blue boots, but have ascended chest and gauntlets...
