i have a child a full time job and whatever so whenever i get chance to play im not running round a patrol area collecting grimoire points that have absolutely no purpose

Like you're the only one? That doesn't make you special. It only takes about an hour and a half - two hours to get them all and it's not like they all have to be done at once.
