a bellen is what a foreigner like you is. and I do not really need to explain what I said. its all right there for anyone with alittle bit of intelligence to read. I mean shit even I can understand it. but I'll try and break it down into even easier to understand points.
1. a game bought in the US will not work in the UK. this makes the games locked by region and allows the company to do what they are doing here.
2. 40 quid in the UK is worth alot more then 40 bucks is in the US. setting the price at 40 across the board does not take into account the value of money across the globe. maybe this is where your having your issues with understanding. I'm guessing you are not able to look up exchange rates for yourself bein a bellen and a buffoon, but 40 quid would get you roughly 62 bucks if you exchanged it.

well maybe if by that you mean you were high on something when you were born.
