I love how many people are Posting Gjallarhorm. I know it's a Crutch for a lot of people but it's not even close to the best choice in this scenario.
Super Good Advice Is so much more relevant for this battle. Teams I have played with have dropped him on the first relic with 0 Gjallarhorns.
In fact the one time I joined a group that had them they almost kicked me for refusing to use mine instead of SGA and then two of them killed themselves by firing it within the barrier...

Heavy for the oracles, sniper for him, and VoC for supplicants/Mop-up. I have never actually used my heavy to shoot Atheon himself.

Plus it moves him so the people using ice breaker (which does MUCH higher dps in this situation)

I use ghorn if my whole fireteam is using it , we kill him easily in one teleport, without even trying.

Plus when you hit him with a Gjallarhorn he moves, throwing off your snipers aim. Then sometimes he takes cover behind a rock and it's a pain to get shots on him. The big G only works if everyone is using it.

I agree don't need ghorn for VOG. Voc, and bh for the win.

Ghorn is only good if everyone else has one... Killed him on hard with only one teleport

We did that without Ghorn. It's really not necessary if everybody knows how to use a sniper rifle.

Agreed. Gjallarhorn is garbage in this situation. SGA is undisputed champ for Oracles.
