On the one hand, we Americans see a lower number on other markets and we get angry, because we can't do currency conversions well because we're so used to USD. On the other hand, making money off of a market in foreign lands is pretty typical. I know it's not justified, but think of outsourcing work; you have workers in other countries make your product, while you profit off of the obvious lower wage control. Like I said, I know it's unfair, but it's also business, which is rarely fair. As an American, I apologize for the way you were treated.
