Throw Money at Screen Emote
What if by saying that if we saw the new emotes we'd throw money at the screen, Luke Smith was actually hinting that one of the emotes was the ability to throw money at the screen in-game? But that would mean that we were actually the guardians who possess the new emotes. And if our guardians could throw money at the screen, then Activi$ion/Bungie would come over and make us dance for them by poking us with cattle prods, and collect the money that our guardian was throwing at the screen to then recycle and make [u]more[/u] emotes.
TL;DR: Luke Smith is Rick Astley.
Make it rain.
