Give titans blink or some way of teleporting.

Apparently striker titans have blink since they can follow me through blink to shoulder charge.

How about a exotic chest piece that has lateral facing thrusters on each side. Special ability replaces melee or is mapped to unused button (ie. right stick). Push said button and titan makes quick lateral movements to dodge attacks. Kind of like the fallen captains teleport shuffle, about that range and speed. Will of course have cool down.
