Again, you have no idea what you're talking about. There are dozens, if not hundreds, of legal loopholes they could jump through. That's before you even look at the fact that this was a foreign outlet. The amount of time and money required to sort it all out would be absurd.

No I have little faith in journalism, I just have faith that their editors would look at the article and realize that if it were all made up that they would be sued into oblivion which isn't good for business. Plus there has been no talk of any lawsuit in action yet against euro gamer for a falsified article so it seems that you are in fact incorrect.
