Wait I just thought of a loophole (surely I'm not the first either). Can't I just suck up my pride and buy the collectors edition (already owning vanilla copy) and get the whole shabang then resell the used copy back to wherever? Essentially paying a little more than the $40 and getting everything.

Can't resell digital copies and DLC unless you sell your account.

I was thinking of just selling the actual disc that comes with collectors edition, presumably. Maybe get $20 for it and maybe sell the coin and whatever else it comes with, can't remember, to get more. money back.
