You say there will be something to honor year one players worthy of the $40 price point, but you should have made this known and what that will be at E3. Bungie won me over with Combat Evolved a long time ago, but you guys need to do something big to warrant all this time and money invested in a product that is increasingly feeling more incomplete with every expansion and update.
