I don't understand the complaints. Bungie would be foolish not to offer reduced pricing to prospective players they want to buy the game.
Everyone's all pissy and I'm like "you've had access to Destiny for a year, a solid year before Joe new guy buys Destiny. You'll be so far ahead of the guy if you've played the game for any decent amount of time in terms of gear/exotics/knowledge, and you're pissed because Joe gets everything you did, in terms of content, a year later"?
I don't get it. Don't even get me started on the experience boosts or exotics. It's like, to get them started. Every single MMO does this type of shit.
I don't even know what you people are complaining about.

It's not about the money. The way Luke Smith handled the interview was so unprofessional and even immature at times will reflect on the company, Bungie.

Perhaps but there are plenty of douchebags in the gaming industry. I don't think it reflects on my decision to buy or not. I mean, I'll be playing other shit but if TTK is good, I'll continue with Destiny. If it's bad I'll probably move on to something else.
