90% or higher are verified using THORN in the trials
Instead of this lets cry about nerf and buffing (which the thorn is getting nerfed guaranteed) how about we think about a logical balance idea....
Crucible has game modes that allows certain guns only to be equipped.. For Example
*Pulse/Scout/Snipers
*Shotty\Snipers
*Handcannon/Fusion
*New Monarchy/FWC guns only
*Vanguard/Crucible guns only
*Legendary Weapons Only
Why in the hell hasn't this been thought of for this game? This completely wipes all the nerf and buffing issues that arise when you allow 600 guns to be used openly

They just need to lock load outs when matchmaking begins and pair with like locked loadouts for trials at least. It's a bit more complex than simply pairing on kd and connection. But it would put all the thorn jerks with other thorn jerks and while they jerk each others thorns, the rest of us enjoy a balanced and not annoying multiplayer.

1 ReplyWhile I agree that Thorn is overused and overpowered, limiting weapon selection is not a good idea. Destiny is about building your legend.
