Grimoire doesn't matter a large chunk is just acquiring exotics I BARELY do pve and my score is pretty high I ONLY use hunter I have friends and family that will use the other characters on my account but I digress I've never done vog or beat crota above 30 and I've done like 3 poe. Seriously grimiore in no way equates into skill. I play with atleast a handful with high grim who are very bad.

Are you sure because there is an entire section in the grimoire that only unlocks as you collect each individual weapon

Those are ghost fragments, from reviving dead ghosts, that provide info on the guns. The guns themselves do not give score. Destiny Tracker does not show score for the Vestian Dynasty either, just for the sidearm weapon class kills. http://destinytracker.com/destiny/grimoire/ps/Centurion832

The 3 I just mentioned all unlock the grimoire card and give score when you obtain the gun

It's the destinygamewiki and apparently I smoke to much ONLY vestian gives grimoire for ontaining but you get a grimior and ghost fragment for obtaining thorn and last word and you get grimoire score for the ghost fragment cards

None of the exotics give you any grimoire points. Check Destiny tracker. Most of the points are from kills with x weapon, kill y number of z enemies, or kills on whatever planet.

That makes no sense since you have to get the weapon to unlock it in grimoire, this further proves bungie is full of retards

As is, all grimoire score is unlockable based on completing activities and achievements, and not on RNG. In my opinion this is preferable.
