If everything is done perfectly on the barrel
And you compare a 22" barrel and a 26" barrel
The 26" will when every time assuming your aim is on

Win* and no it won't I'm in a sniper unit in the army trust me I used to think the same thing but research barrel harmonics there is good information on it I would take a rem 700 22" barrel with an upgraded chassis system over a 26" barrel any day. It comes from the vibrations in the barrel the longer the barrel the more vibrations which when you're making a 2000M Shor makes a big difference please just look it up
