I think after vanilla destiny vanguard marks went down in how usefull they are , only armour was good but none of the weapons were the must have sure there were the ldr and secret handshake but after that you got nothing usefull to use it if you are a maxed light guardian and worse part is that right now the current set only has one good weapon and it's class is broken the pest controll matrix if auto rifle are never buffed from their bad state vanguard has nothing usefull , and 55a all fate yes it's a little bit above average but if you play the game regularly you have something that is better the messenger red death maybe bad juju and their is no hand cannon but the worse part is besides vanguard armour or weapons you can't spend it on other stuff it's only usefull for materials and if you want to upgrade sparrows but with crucible marks you can buy crucible weapons till now are amazing i mean 3 little words, the saterienne rapier , tfwpky 1969 and the armour usually in my opinion looks better then the vanguard set but the thing is crucible marks are more usefull i mean faction weapons oh my god those the deadshot luna, the fulcrum, red hand 9 , rude awakening doa , the frenzy , judgment 6 , admonished 3 i think vanguard marks should be changed so for each fation it's either 150 crucible or vanguard marks
