Or how about that audio warning for the ward of dawn. How is a 1 second warning ever enough, and on top of that it's hard to hear anyways.
They should add visual cracks to the inside of the ward that appear at least 5 seconds before it runs out

The audial warning actually begins sooner than 1 second. Its around 3 or 4 seconds instead and begin by sounding like its slowly running out of power (the noise becomes deeper).

I would prefer a wubba wubba wubba sound with fluctuating light like in a theatre. The light part, not the wubba wubba wubba. Anything would be helpful over...is there an actual sound now?
