Why would bungie make a gun that one shots people in PvP? It doesn't matter that it is an exotic. Thorn is an exotic and even that doesn't one shot. Snipers [b][i]can[/i][/b] one shot, however, unlike gjallarhorn, snipers don't one shot to the body
