Nerf the range so that send it would be a viable option over perfect balance with perfect balance gone it's harder to hit head shots,thus making it harder to get that 2 head shot let the burn finish them. Speaking of the burn let's take that down just a bit from 7 to 4...thoughts how would you handle the Thorn?
