I don't know why but that is what i feel. Judging from its design and the video and the animation mechanism. Hope it will be an enjoying hunter class! Support class can be overpowered or underpowered, it depends on how the ability works, the timing, the effect on it. What if the ability to slow them will be less effective.. You will never know
