I would say I put the time in to get it, I ran with my clan over 700 hours to get my first one and this weekend on Sunday I finally got my second on my other 400 hour character on Omnigul. It took a lot of time to get my Ghorn. But we thee it was luck or not I still put in the play time to get it. It was crazy to see my Clan mates get 4 in a week doing activities like NF and Crucible.
