There is no skill in getting the gjallarhorn. I received mine on my very first nightfall at lvl 28 vs valus (whatever his name is). I had NOOOOO good weapons at all... I got 4 kills total by the time my friends killed him. Trust me... No skill required to get it... Low skill needed to use it!
