I've been testing a new weapon capable of disabling energy shielding and cloaking systems. From there, he's easy prey.

[spoiler]he would remain invisble. The device makes him a ghost. The best method to disrupt the cloak is with area damage AKA explotions. But he is still dangerous without it[/spoiler]
