RNG isn't earning. There is such a thing called Xurning, and its now called uh...Imma say lazy ascension. The exotic bounties. You had to "buy" the upgrade. So, wouldn't that count as "xurning"? At this point, you didn't earn that upgrade for thorn. So, in order to EARN it, you gotta farm for the exotic quest again. And then, to ascend it, redo the quest line again! Or...do lazy ascension with an exotic shard. Or stop being such an idiot and realize it's just a game.
