So we've all seen The Taken King Legendary and collectors edition. It's the expansion and all Year one Destiny content, and though I'm salty about Bungie's choice not to have a CE for people who have already been playing the game for a year I also look at this as an opportunity. As an Xbox player I am facing another year of cut content this could be bungie's doing this could be Activations doing, this could be the -blam!-ing Popes doing for all I know, point is MORE cut content. Okay fine I give I have a PS4 and though in my opinion the controller is vastly inferior for FPS games It looks like your not giving me much of a choice. Its more then apparent that someone in Bungie doesn't want us playing on Xbox so to that person I ask... LET ME TRANSFER ONE OF MY CHARACTERS. This biggest barrier in switching is simply I don't want to start all over again. Bungie.net is capable of real-time itemization of my vault, inventory and characters, SO why not allow me to ether A) do a one time transfer or B) a copy of a character to a PSN or Xbox gamer-tag connected with my account? We can already move from PS3 to PS4 flawlessly and 360 to One flawlessly, so why not form 360 to PS4 or One to PS4? Now I can hear you screaming DIFFERENT SERVERS. To which I say Bungie is able to itemize everything I own on their end, how hard would it be to use their site as a bridge between the two servers, considering all their end would need to do is Itemize what I have and create that itemized list in PS code or on Xbox code.
