So you can only get chance for exotics once a week or as long as you have a key?

The very first queen's chest you open after reset has a guaranteed exotic. From there on out it's just chance. Not sure if it's guaranteed for each character or just the first one you open, but you'll always get an exotic something after the reset for the very first queen's chest you open.

as long as you have a key there is a small chance. got 2 or 3 out of maybe 10-12 keys. all 28 PoE
