If this is true, then they have really lost their minds...
They do lots of good things, dont get me wrong, but this whole vault space issue...
It is just NUTS.
Worst storage design I have ever seen in a game.
"Hey, lets just put everything besides armor and weapons into one category, and then we constantly add more items to that category so people can store even less of their shit! GREAT IDEA!!!"

Does it seem funny that the whole time we were struggling with vault space they could free spots up simply by letting higher numbers of items stack?

I agree. Especially materials should stack higher. 200? Why not 999, its not like these materials are so precious anyway.

They can't use last gen as an excuse... Look at cod ghost... You earn elite weapons or various style of the same weapons but it has over 100 slots between weapons, gear and Exo suits

Yeah, as I said, even if they use that excuse that just means their design is not good enough. A good enough design would work on a 360 as well as a ps3 as well as the current gen. Its not like the 360 is a weak console.
