I don't play PvP. This being week 5 of HoW, we already had 15 chances at guaranteed etheric light, lvl34 PoE. That's enough to get 3 characters to 34 and enough to get almost weapons you need to 365 as well.
If xur sold EL, people will burn out long before TTK comes out.
