(Most)* of the people who go 9-0 every week won't use thorn. To many better weapons out there. Thorn is good because it requires very little skill. 1 hit +nade = kill. I will out beat a thorn user 1v1 damn near every time w/o a thorn. It's to easy usually.

You play with how many people. I have over 700 on my friends list and over 60% of those who have gone flawless use thorn.

I know of 3 people who use thorn out of the 100 I've played with. Every time I've gone flawless it's been w/o thorn. I've only got flawless with 1 thorn user before.

You are the few and not the many. Crucible idea is great. With lack of balanced Pvp weapons it is boring. Still. Congrats on your achievements

Haha thank you. I was never a fan of thorn. Used to love last word but now mines completely in upgraded (got rid of maxed 300 one when ce came out) now I just use jewel of osiris or red death

Good on you. I am not a big thorn fan myself either. Wish I could get my hands of jewel of Osiris however with my abysmal Pvp stats likely it won't happen.

Trials isn't so much about how good you are, it's about how good of a team you are. I'm lucky, I only play with people I'm friends with in real life and have been playing with them since launch. We understand each other and know how to play together. 2 of my friends have .8 crucible kds, and I carried the shit out of them last week for a lighthouse run (finished the run with a 3.8 kdr, and didn't die the first 2 games). That's the best I've ever played. Ps: we find Sunday night to be the easiest time. (Most good people are already done with theirs, you'll have a good feel for the nap by then, etc). So we play fri/sat w/o boons to practice then for real sundays.

Appreciate the advice. Agree it is very much a team activity. Will be giving it my best this weekend. All my Poe are done. Really hoping to find couple good team mates.
