Having persons with disabilities compete with those who don't is not a meaningful or Fair test for Either party. That's right, it goes both ways. Separation is not the same as ostracism. And 'special' despite immature schoolyard jokes doesn't have a negative connotation. Any interpretation of my previous comment as negative is entirely a reflection of the reader's subconscious bias.
