Vex Mythoclast Drop Rate?
Before anyone assumes that this post is a typical complaint about why I don't have the Vex yet....your wrong.
I genuinely would like to know how many VOG raids you did before you acquired the Vex. I don't claim to have racked up the most hours or to have done countless raids but I just cannot seem to get this weapon for the life of me.
I tend to just look for Atheon CP's as the Vex is the only weapon I need for that raid. Does this effect the drop rate?
Also since the new DLC has the drop rate been reduced even more?
I will of course keep grinding VOG until I get it but if anyone has any input please lemme know!

3 times. First two were on normal, the time it dropped was my third time which was on hard. (I'm sure it only drops on hard though, I might be wrong)

No, it is a purely RNG drop - your need has no impact on the drop rate.

I received it on my first, second, and fifth Vault of Glass runs. I think I have done about 10 Vault of Glass hard runs.

Somewhere around 6-8. I've had 7 drop total but only have 1 now.

It's random, so its going to be way different for everyone. I got mine on my 4th or 5th HM run. Funny thing is 4 of us got it in the same run.

i have to be honest.. i was very lucky Helm on first hard mode raid and vex on second :)

I have 170 vog completions and have been running it since the week it launched. I have had vex easily over 20+ times, EASILY. It drops a lot now man, just keep playing.

Got it on my first hard run, had it for 3 days before they nerfed it the first time. I cry myself to sleep over what they did to it

5 Replies4th of 5th hard run, but it dropped for other people in every run i have completed - in fact 3 dropped last night in one VoG hard

Jumped into a Hard Atheon cp back when I was a forever 29 before TDB dlc dropped. It was my first Hard attempt. I've gotten 15 of them total and dismantled 14 of them.
