Best Sniper to compete with Efrideet's Spear?
Is there a purchasable or droppable sniper rifle that can be rerolled to compete with Efrideet's Spear and final round?

You can still roll final round if you have a spear ... I bought two last time it was for sale and re rolled one yesterday and got arc with final round on the first attempt . Don't really use the spear much if I'm honest , mostly use Ice breaker or Black hammer . Low grade humility is solid and also a subtle nudge , the rate of fire is amazing ! Which makes up for the lower impact
