Now I am not a day one player, but have been playing for many months -I was helping to defeat the Darkness well before Crota came onto the scene. However, that one elusive item refuses to drop for me. Every once in a while a buddy will get one, or I hear about someone who finally "earned" it. However, I just wish I could finally acquire this last item. You all know what I am talking about, Destiny's most fabled prize: Kabr's Forceful Greaves. I have been in the Vault dozens of times. Killed thousands of those tenacious Vex, including dozens of their ruling minds. I have even slain Atheon more than a few times. However, those coveted boots elude me. I no longer care to finish the raid, I seek only that one item and know that it does not drop from Atheon (as he drops the helmet). However, aside from that I have never been able to determine exactly where in the raid the boots do drop. Does anyone know specifically at what point in the Vault the raid boots are a possible drop?
