Could have had 3 warlocks and deleted one to make the hunter recently. Gear can be transferred for the warlocks to all be 34

I had 2 titans and 1 hunter and got 15 in one week. It is definitely possible especially if he had 3 warlocks

Maybe you have. But I doubt he did even if he did have all maxed characters.
