I agree with you the ToO has major issues right now. I don't know that supers and heavyset are it since they are available in all other crucible modes. What I think is lacking in ToO is the ability to correctly match teams together. I constantly get matched to play against flawless teams and it's honestly no fun. I get this is an end game content and I'm by no means saying I should be given an easy round. I merely believe that there are different classes of payers and teams should be matched accordingly instead of being 100% random.
