What is error code vulture?

I have been disconnected and it says my permissions have been changed. Have I been banned? Is anyone else having the same problem?

Error code vulture is what happens when Destiny decides that it is time to circle around you until you die, and then pick away at your corpse. Truth be told, you're probably fine.

I get this occasionally. Just close the game and restart. If that doesn't work do a hard reset.
