Yes i havent touch it. I just felt it would be underpowered.

It tethers and slows all enemies in an area. How is that underpowered? It'll be ridiculous in pvp.

This kinda bind thingy in fps pvp is not useful..

-blam!-in [i]what?[/i] It holds all enemies in an area. In a game with aoe and grenades where movement is a constant, that's a big friggin deal. Go stand still in an fps and see how far you get.

Or you can just FoH/Nova Bomb and not spend so much time killing each individual in the AOE.
