The big mistake i feared bungie would make just happened
Just saw that the taken king will have ps exclusives. I'm overall fine with exclusives but 1 year exclusives is way too much. I would be fine with 1-3 month exclusivity. Anyway back to the point. The exclusives for taken king will be year long yet again which is a huge horrible mistake on bungies part because that pretty much means that xbox users will only be able to get these new exclusives from the first game when the second game comes out or is really close to come out. Bungie please rethink how long these exclusives are because with this issue you might as well just make them ps exclusives because i would think most of us will be starting to get busy in or preparing for the next game. The smarter thing to do would be to make it 6 month exclusives at most.

So here we go again: Its nothing to do with Bungie, its a deal between Activision and Sony and one that Sony paid a LOT of money for. Micro$oft didn't pay probably because they realised that an extra couple of strikes and weapons wasn't going to be enough to convince any long term PS3 fans to upgrade to the Xbone. I mean honestly, the vast majority who bought a PS4 or Xbone already had their loyalties in order and purchesed based on past experience long before Destiny's exclusives were known about. So please stop making these posts, Bungie can do nothing about it. If you aren't happy then email Sony asking them to relieve Activision of their promise. They won't, but at least your complaint will be in the right direction.

2 RepliesPlenty of day 1 PSN players still don't have the exclusive exotics yet. Given the fickle nature of the RNG system, a shorter exclusivity period would make it generally pointless. Xbox players would inevitably end up getting the PSN exclusive weapons before many dedicated PSN players. A 1 year period is reasonable for a game that has a ten year plan. Although if it had to be shortened, then they should make it so that Xur will occasionally sell the exclusive weapons to PSN players in addition to the usual weapon that he sells. That way everyone on PSN has a good chance to get it within the exclusivity period, with no disturbance of the Xbox Xur experience.

How about you visit Sony headquarters with your proposal all nice on a PowerPoint and see if they give two f*cks about Xbox players feeling left out because Sony made a better offer for their players. Just shut up and wait, it's gonna be a big bonus when it all finally hits for Xbox anyway, a fair amount of content all in one go.
