The Taken King Collector Edition
Hi Bungie and fellow Guardians,
A friend of mine in South America asked me to buy a copy of The Taken King Collector Edition for him since I will be visiting at the end of the year. He would like to know if the Collector Edition will come with a physical TTK disc or will it be a serial number that he can claim in PSN (and then download the game)? He would like to play TTK as soon as it is released but still, he would like to have the goodies that come with the Collector Edition in december. If the CE comes with a serial number, then it would be as easy as sending him the serial number by email so he can start playing in September.
The reason I am buying it in this hemisphere is because it is hard to get this edition in Peru.

2 RepliesThere are two versions of the Collector's Edition. One is a physical edition, the other is digital. More information at the link. [url]https://www.bungie.net/en/pub/thetakenking[/url] I would highly suggest to wait and make sure that either version is available in the South America Region. If TTK works works the same as other Expansion, you'll want to make sure the license is tied to the same available region as your console. There aren't specifics out right now, hence encourage to wait until that becomes available.
