Salvage: An Interesting gametype marred by bad ruleset
Honestly, Salvage would be interesting if it weren't an aggravating mess.
Why is it aggravating?
-It takes 10 seconds even with a full team in the circle to capture the relic.
-It takes nearly a minute to complete the capture.
-It only takes 5 seconds for the opposing team to disable it.
Whoever in their mind thought this was a good idea should be fired as there is no real point to capturing it. Just wait for the other team to capture it, kill them, and then wipe out the enemy team and dismantle their probe. Rinse, repeat, and you win. If you have good enough team work then you can capture them, but as it is set up now there really isn't a point.
