How we can Nerf Thorn but still make it useable
Get rid of the Lingering damage, BUT let it disturb HP recovery in PvP but in PvE keep the original perk
Edit: Remember how much you loved SUROS, Now that they balanced ARs, Nobody uses it. Isnt that what you want, Balancing? I still use SUROS occasionally and its still decent
