While I can't say whether these particular players were cheating, I can guarantee you that Bungie actively investigates network manipulation and other forms of cheating. We will continue to monitor game performance for people abusing the system and enforce our policies. As mentioned in two recent Weekly Updates, we've already dealt with a number of players who were confirmed to be cheating in one form or another. Rest assured that we will continue to do so.

Wowowowow waittt, you cant say these asshole's werrent cheating? Shit even a blind person can see that!!!! I encounterd shithole's like this today in TOO and lost but still got 5-4 for some insane reason. But this.. Its discusting!!!!!

I don't work for BUNGiE, and I [b][i]can confirm 100%[/i][/b] that these guys are cheating. Are you seriously thinking people would play the most difficult content in the game, and just stand around, impervious to attacks, waiting for the match to end so they can capture the point for victory?!? The [b]one[/b] run I got with a group that was good enough to possibly go flawless, we get to 7-0 (really 7-1 using Mercy) and then run into a group that could not be damaged. They simply waited till the end of the match, and would meet us on the capture point and then kill us as we capped. I've dabbled a bit in ToO since, but have experienced odd stuff every so often....so much in fact that I didn't even run ToO this past weekend, didn't even play Destiny other than to run a 35 PoE w/a friend who had never done it. Not only is there cheating in PvP, but the gap between the flawless runners and the non-flawless runners grows w/each week, which makes the odds of people like me going flawless much more insurmountable. I really like Destiny, but w/HoW awarding the best gear/weapons to ToO flawless runners, and the blatant cheating going on, I'm quickly losing interest in the game. I actually bought the Witcher 3, which is the first game I have purchased since getting Destiny in November, because I was fed up w/ToO. Witcher 3 is tons of fun BTW, but I wish it had a social aspect....
