ToO card problem with mercy of Osiris not working
Please assist Bungie.
I am not a crucible player, but did IB last weekend. Today I did ToO and completed 9 wins and the one loss should have been cancelled out by the Mercy. It didn't work. The other guy I was playing with went to Mercury but I couldn't because it showed 1 loss but his didn't. (FYI 3rd player was part through card when we started). So I bought all 3 boons before I started. Won 9 lost 1. But Mercy of Osiris didn't show me any mercy. I also got no emblem (yes I have a free slot, and no it's not at postmaster). I doubt I'd go through that again.
Please please help sort this out.

I bought all 3 boon/mercy/favor at the start and went 9-1, however the mercy didn't work, so I was robbed of Mercury and the rewards. Other member in team went to Mercury. I didn't even get any emblem, despite a free slot. I have spent thousands of hours on this game, and would like you to please help me and let me gain what I should have obtained from a flawless result. This was last weekend and permalink to single loss is below. Thanks. #help

10 RepliesHi paultart, Were you disconnected when you got your loss on your Trials Passage? Unfortunately, if you leave a Trials match you will receive a loss on your Trials Passage. This applies to those who disconnect intentionally and those who don't.
