Pretty much. From what I've seen, balancing out my weaponry with this power could be.... Uniquely effective.

Teleportation and just summoning the energy. I am trying to be able to liquefy or solidify the energy, but it's proving difficult. *I teleport to a standing position in front of you* But teleportation is easy.
