Borderlands 3 or Destiny 2?
Because I'm playing handsome collection on PS4 at 60fps and its a much better PVE than Destiny ever had. Sure, the gunplay isn't quite as tight but the guns are beterthe bigger FOV is more welcome too.
I think people have forgotten how good Borderlands 2 really is. Bungie, give us a real campaign next time!

i can actually get the guns i want in borderlands, and there is trading on top of that. always beats destiny lol. i just recently found borderlands handsome collection and decided to give it a shot. havent played much destiny since.

I'd like to think that destiny 1 was there test game (that they are willing to let it die) to listen to the community and use the information to make a better destiny 2. As for borderlands 3 if you liked borderlands 2 and are a pve player then you should go for it. For me borderlands 3 I'll get first since I prefer pve games more

1 ReplyThere isn't going to be a borderlands 3. The next borderlands we get is gonna be an MMO for consoles. The end of BL 2, they showed more vaults on more planets. So... Yeah, that's about it.

I don't trust Gearbox or Bungie. I'd fully research either game before a buy. That being said, hearing the BL3 announcement a couple of months asgo really piqued my interest. Borderlands was so good.

Honestly I would love a borderlands 3. Especially given what they are building the game up to be over the last 2 games(unfortunately never played the first one)

4 RepliesAs much as it pains me to say it the future for Borderlands is quite bleak, most of the talent behind it have left Gearbox and even then it's clear they want to move on to new and different projects (Battleborn) returing to Borderlands will probably be either heavily outsourced or done to make a profit. Therefore it's unlikely to have the spark that BL has had so far. There's still tales but that doesn't count, different genre and developers, still brilliant though. It's clear Bungie really likes making Destiny and it's getting better all the time so the future's bright for it In short, Bl2>Destiny but I expect Destiny 2> BL3
