Exotic handcannons, Red Death, and Vex Mythoclast are the best primaries I can think of. Special mention to The Ram exotic helmet for warlocks for essentially negating Thorn's signature perk and only advantage over the other exotic primaries mentioned above. Otherwise, suck it up and take your 2-shot headshot like a Guardian would: firing back without pause or hesitation.
