Truth be told, if you are going up against 2 people with thorn that close together, you are gonna be screwed either way so at least take one of them with you.

I don't use thorn just hawkmoon and last word occasionally and ps3 and 4

Xbone here dude, sorry. I'm sure you would wipe the floor with me anyways. I suck at PvP. Had a really good game recently using VoC. Kinda surprised me how good it is in crucible.

It does not instant heal. It triggers healing which is stopped by any damage, including a tick of damage from the thorn's poison.
