I got mine dropped in regular crucible....I have firefly and full auto on mine. I spent 50 motes re-rolling it. I ascended it as well. It is an amazing scout rifle

oh god I think in the PoE in a big chest. I rolled it till I got those perks. No sorry, during Iron Crucible I got it.
