Best legendary hand cannon to date???

For PvP I like to use my ill will or revelator but revelator is great because mine has great reload, stability, and good rate of fire. Not the best range and decent impact

I have an ill will that dropped for me with luck in the chamber and final round.. and a mid tier perk that dramatically boosts the stability at the cost of the mag size.. so it's 5 rounds with luck in the chamber and final round and it crits stock for 95.... pretty cool.. like a baby hawkmoon
