I went through the IB grind on 3 characters to buy my 6 EL but am really hesitant to use it because: a) I don't like PoE or ToO so IB and nightfalls are my only ways to get EL; b) the IB grind wasn't enjoyable either so I certainly won't be doing all 3 characters again next time; and c) because Bungie made a dumb-ass decision to not return EL when ascended gear is dismantled.

Had 4 from IB. Used them to get my hunter up to 34 and got fatebringer and vision of confluence up to 365.
