TO BUNGIE: QUEENS CIPHER BROKEN STILL!
Attached is a picture of what I saw on my screen when trying to accept the queens cipher bounty at Variks vendor after beating Prison of Elders on level 35. I was unable to actually click "x" and start it however (even though it says it's an option) and now it just sits at the reef as a green exclamation point sitting above Variks head.
If it helps Bungie, my bounty slots were full when I received the cipher, and my friend also got two ciphers but only one of them worked so he only gets to use one.
Hopefully this sparks some ideas for your dev team and this issue is fixed soon Bungie. It's extremely discouraging and not something I, or anyone else, wants to be driven away from destiny for.

They are aware and not updating us as to when it will be fixed. We don't need to know... they got our money and don't care about glitches. VOG is still glitchy. Crota is glitchy. Prowling Wolves are glitchy. Crucible is lag infested and glitchy. POE is glitchy. Log in is glitchy. Are you starting to sense a pattern here? Bungievision = Broken glitch ridden waste of your money.

@Bungie Hello, I wanted to say I am experiencing the same thing as you. We as a community are getting no where with this issue. I am sure you are aware of the Elder Cipher bug that many others have been experiencing it as well and I would like to say that this is EXTREMELY frustrating and disheartening for me that so many others are having the same problem. I am not the best at this game nor do I have a lot of people to play with. It took me 4 weeks to finally beat Skolas and receive this bounty only to be denied by some kind of glitch or bug. I really hope they fix this soon.

I also have this problem. When I "received" the [b]Elder Cipher[/b], I had no free bounty slots. Thinking I can still get a [b]PoE[/b] exotic, I run the 32 and 34 a day later and pretty much threw away two, patiently, hard earned keys, trying to get a Queens Cipher (A friend of mine got a Q.Cipher first time doing the 34 this week today first try after needing one). My suggestion is: Make the [b]Elder Cipher[/b] '[u]bounty[/u]' a [u]mission[/u], instead of it being a bounty which needs an open slot. If it were a [b]Mission[/b] (where the [b]Trials Passage[/b] and [b]Iron Banner Medallions[/b] are kept), there won't be a requirement to panic-remove a bounty (or two) before killing Skolas, as there is always space in the Missions slots. Honestly, an exotic bounty that takes this long to complete might as well be called a mission instead of a bounty. Until this is fixed, all I'm grateful for is ~8 hours of my life I'll never get back. <3

I just had this same thing happen this evening, same circumstances. no open bounty slots, I can view the weapons with Variks but can't complete anything. Waiting to hear back what to do/how to fix.
